Attempting to launch Overwatch results in a black screen followed by an immediate crash without any error display. I've reinstalled the game, updated drivers, run a scan/repair, and updated Windows. The Blizzard support page also fails after I submit my issue for live chat.

It indicates the game has halted functioning, but the specific cause isn't displayed in the troubleshooting steps.

Because you're not checking the event viewer. Type "eventviewer" in the search bar, click your start button, and it should appear. Open it and check for the Overwatch crash event—it should be near the top if that's what you just did.
