For several reasons I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my computer. I want to openly express how frustrating it is to set up scans with this OS, but I’ll move on. I attempt to run a defender scan offline. Then I encounter a blue screen stating "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired," indicating a missing or faulty device. The error code 0x000000d appears. After rebooting, everything seems to work again. Device Manager shows no issues. Could you help me locate the solution or fix this problem?

This error occurs when the computer fails to start Windows because of a disorganized boot setup. Possible reasons include faulty BIOS configurations, an incomplete Windows setup, damaged hard drive data, or general system malfunction. For more details, see the report on fixing 0xc000000d.
