Issue with NZXT H5 Elite F140 RGB lighting not functioning.
the rgb on my kraken elite 280 isn't working correctly. one led is lit on both fans while the rest stay dark. the fans/pump function because nzxt cam shows them on the cooling section and provides fan rpm. on the lighting section, nzxt cam only sees one f140 rgb and labels it as channel 2.
I would initially attempt to disconnect all fans from the system, then connect each fan individually, ensuring it is powered off before starting. Begin by connecting one fan to the daisy chain harness or hub, once it is successfully powered on and illuminated, then turn it off. After that, connect the next fan and repeat the process as described before.
Alternatively, you might consider uninstalling NZXT's CAM application and then reinstalling it manually through an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting "Run as Administrator."
What is the BIOS version of your motherboard?

How would I connect them if the fans are linked to the AIO Pump? The Kraken elite 280 came with a fan splitter cable that’s attached to the pump. One has 4 pins and the other two have 3 pins. I don’t believe it’s the software because when I connected an old power supply (Corsair CX750M), the RGB LEDs turned on properly. I also used another RGB connector and it worked the same.
On the PSU, should I connect the SATA cable to the SATA port or the Perif port? (It’s currently plugged into the SATA 1 port)
