Hello, I'm trying to figure out a problem with my Gigabyte 4070 Super GPU fans. Whenever two of them start spinning at full speed, they don't slow down even when the GPU isn't using much power. They stay on high all the time, constantly adjusting as the temperature rises. It's extremely loud and feels like a constant on/off cycle. I've tried fixing it with software updates, driver changes, and even resetting my PC, but nothing seems to work. The third fan near the front works fine, suggesting the back two might be connected. Have anyone experienced this issue?

No, there isn't a zero RPM mode to disable.

Hello. It appears the graphics card requires updated firmware. Visit the manufacturer's site and forums for details. Or, proceed with an RMA if the product is still covered by warranty.
