Issue with no display and no error lights on the new build?
Any help is appreciated,
I have a brand new PC build with the following components:
MOBO:
MSI MAG B760M Mortar WiFi
CPU:
Intel Core i9-13900K Gaming Desktop Processor 24 cores (8 P-cores + 16 E-cores) with Integrated Graphics
PSU:
Redragon PSU007 80+ Gold 850 Watt ATX Fully Modular Power Supply
RAM:
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6400MHz CL32 Intel XMP iCUE
GPU:
PNY GeForce RTX™ 4060 Ti 16GB XLR8
M.2:
SAMSUNG 990 PRO w/ Heatsink SSD 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2
CPU COOLER:
CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2, Close-Loop AIO CPU Liquid Cooler, Gen3
When I power on the PC the pc will flash the CPU then DRAM lights once and reboot several times. After rebooting several times on it's own it will stay on on but I am getting no signal from both the HDMI port on the IO and from the GPU. I tried removing the GPU and still get no signal.
All RGB lights work for the ram, cooler, cooler fans, m.2, and GPU.
I am really hoping this is not a hardware compatibility issue as it takes me several weeks to get parts. Any insight on what I should do or even if there may be a hardware issue might help. Thanks!

[Please confirm you have the correct user manual.]
Did you install the memory using DIMMA2 as marked "Important" on page 27 physically?
Examine the entire User Manual thoroughly and proceed through the setup again carefully, step by step, to verify all components, connections, jumpers, and settings.
Make sure every card and connection is securely and firmly positioned.
It’s better to be safe than to risk something being loose during a new build, so what feels stable might not always be.
Gently unplug and replug a few times. You might find connections come together more easily and feel tighter.

Be cautious—forcing anything during a new build can cause issues, so only what feels firmly in place is reliable.
Gently unplug and replug several times. You might find connections come together more easily and feel tighter.
Also, double-check the front panel connections, as they are prone to confusion.
Have you considered reducing the cooling plate's pressure? A tightly secured plate might prevent startup.
Wow, this worked! I relocated the DRAM into slot two! Thanks a lot!
