Issue with new PC failing during game startup and while playing.
I recently assembled my first PC. Whenever I attempt to launch a game from Steam, it crashes immediately on the initial screen, displaying a 'program not responding' message. I've used Epic Game Launcher and Fortnite before, but they both freeze after a short while. During Fortnite, the GPU usage reached 100%, CPU stayed between 2-9%, RAM was at 36% and 40%, and I managed to hit around 58 frames per second. The system runs Windows 11 Pro 64-bit version 22H2 with an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-core processor, version 10.0.22621.2506, paired with an Asus B650 Prime motherboard, Powercooler RX 7800 XT, and a Corsair RM850e cooling tower. I have a 16GB x2 DDR5 RAM kit, a 500GB SSD, and everything seems to be set up. I'm really worried and new to this setup.
I recently attempted to play Fortnite once more and encountered persistent issues, especially with the initial loading screen on Steam.
