Issue with new PC experiencing frequent stuttering.
I recently assembled this computer and I’m familiar with the process, but since I’ve built it before, I understand what I’m doing. However, after setting it up, I’ve been experiencing stuttering in all my games. I’ve tried several fixes—disabling XMP to check if RAM was the culprit, turning off SAM, and even disabling FTPM. I also reinstalled Windows 11 multiple times without remembering how many times, and reset the BIOS repeatedly while updating it frequently. Still, the issue persists.
I initially suspected the RAM was the problem because it was from an older build, but it continues to cause stuttering even with newer RAM. I thought it might be my M.2 slot, which I replaced years ago but haven’t had issues since. I also considered CPU bottlenecks, so I upgraded to a model that doesn’t limit performance, yet the problem remains. My GPU was replaced too, and I switched BIOS settings, but performance didn’t improve. I even tried a different BIOS option on the GPU, though I’m unsure if that helped.
I ran multiple benchmark tests and everything looked fine, so I’m still puzzled. I haven’t replaced the motherboard or PSU despite having a solid PSU specs and no issues reported. I disabled ULPs in MSI Afterburner and removed MPO, but neither resolved the problem. I also tried updating drivers and downloading all necessary software, yet performance stays poor.
My current specs are: Ryzen 9 5900X, RX 6750 XT, M.2 280GB, ASUS B550, F-Gaming motherboard, Corsair H100i, 240mm wd sn850x 2TB, and Corsair H100i graphics.
Checked for graphics drivers and found "AMD drivers." Proceeded to download from the official site.
Your hardware might be faulty. It seems the GPU you installed after reinstalling Windows and drivers repeatedly could be the issue. Test the GPU on a different motherboard or another GPU in this setup to determine if the problem persists.
