I couldn't locate any options in the BIOS to adjust the power suspend setting. I also attempted to close all non-essential programs and unplugged everything except the mouse and one display before attempting to turn on the PC, but there was no improvement. Now I'm proceeding with an RMA request to AMD since I'm unsure of the exact issue.
