Hi everyone, my laptop has a Qualcomm Atheros A1485-eg 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi card or adapter installed. I’m not sure how to name it properly. It’s an older model from 2014 or 2015, and I haven’t had any connection problems until I reset the machine yesterday. Now it doesn’t show any available networks, nor does it appear in Device Manager under network adapters. In the drivers folder located in system32 there’s the original driver that came with the computer. I’m unsure what to do to fix this issue. I attempted to manually install the driver but seem to be facing a problem since the OEM pages might no longer have the drivers. I also tried enabling the adapter in the BIOS, but it wasn’t possible. My laptop model is an ENVY 15 A0T55AV.
