Hello everyone, I own a B450 ASUS Strix. I ran the motherboard in the box and it worked fine. However, when I built the PC, it wasn't detecting the RAM CPU, not sending any signal. The fans are spinning, the motherboard lights are on, the GPU is active, but it's not checking RAM, CPU, or GPU at all. The motherboard is plugged in, yet it's not giving any signal. I removed the RAM and changed the CPU power cable. The keyboard and mouse are also not working, and the LEDs aren't lighting up.

Verify that the cables are securely attached to the motherboard and check if the indicator LEDs on the motherboard are illuminated. Provide full system specifications.

Debugging isn't working at all; the system is running and the fans are spinning. It's using 3600 MHz, 2.5 GHz, R9 390X, 16GB RAM, Seasonic 850 Gold X-Series.
