Issue with my graphics card is puzzling.
Hi, I have an NITRO+ AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12G GDDR6. Occasionally, while playing games, my PC displays a black screen and the monitor shows "input not detected." However, I can still hear the game and all the events. After restarting, the display appears again, but I need to reinstall the drivers and AMD Adrenaline software, which then works properly. I purchased this GPU new, so it wasn't stolen or anything. Also, after reinstalling drivers, AMD Adrenaline notifies me that the drivers timed out during a full 2-hour Furmark session. Temperatures stayed below 67°C for two hours without any problems. I ran CB 23 and Furmark at the same time without issues, and 3D Mark also worked fine. When playing APEX or BF V, the screen goes black. GPU temperatures never exceed 50°C, and neither does the CPU. There are no spikes in power usage or overheating. Full system specs: Ryzen 5 5600X, NZXT Z63 2x8 D50 XPG 3200, Tomahawk B550, EVGA SuperNOVA 750 GT, 80 H510 Flow (with 2.14mm intake and 2.12mm exhaust).
Current motherboard BIOS and chipset driver updates available. Custom cables not required for most builds.
Install the tool after ensuring all drivers are up to date. Occasionally, Windows may prefer AMD drivers instead of the correct ones.
