Issue with my Bluetooth headphones
I have a acer aspire 3 laptop. Recently while using my headphones with the laptop, I am facing audio issues. Even if the headphone is connected , there is no audio output or input. It's not visible in the sound tab of settings menu nor in output devices. The OS is Windows 11. Pls help
1. Disable Bluetooth and restart the computer. Re-enable Bluetooth and connect the headset.
2. If problems persist, try unpairing and repairing the headset with the Bluetooth adapter.
3. Issue remains, possible conflicting software detected?
Attempted every solution but no sound was heard. For the software, all drivers were updated to the newest versions after this problem. Uncertain about next steps—may switch to earphones temporarily. Edited September 7, 2023 by Flamexalone
