I'd look at the .ini file to verify it's tracking your cursor. Alternatively, you could join the Triple Monitor Gaming Club.

The issue involves monitors with different resolutions—1280x1024 at 75Hz and 1360x768 at 60Hz. You're trying to find the correct .ini file for a game, but haven't deeply explored the files yet. Updated July 24, 2016 by Link357.

Ugh, I don’t play CS:GO, but it should be in your files or Steam folder.

I couldn't get it to lock with the configurations. I had to use the DisplayFusion lock feature instead. The Community Hub mentions "Cursor Lock" and "Dual Monitor Tools." If those are available, test them first. If not, try DisplayFusion and adjust settings > functions > Lock/Unlock mouse to current window.
