Hi all,
After updating the firmware of my MSI Strike 600 via MSI Center on Windows 10, the keyboard stopped functioning entirely. No LEDs illuminate and no key presses are detected. Windows identifies it only as a generic USB Input Device (MSI IAP Mode), not as the MSI Strike 600 itself.

I have already tried reinstalling MSI Center, tested it on another PC, used different USB ports, and removed the device from Device Manager.

Is there an official method to force reset or reflash the firmware? Or is this a confirmed firmware-brick situation that needs an RMA?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Check out the video here: https://youtu.be/iMP9mGKfQw0 for updating your keyboard firmware using the older MSI Gaming Center App.
Although not specifically tailored for your exact MSI model, give this a try;
Visit the MSI FAQ page at https://www.msi.com/faq/7426#:~:text=Ans...%20default.
Try performing a factory reset if needed.
If that doesn’t work, contacting MSI for an RMA is recommended, especially if the keyboard is still under warranty.
