I posted a message earlier and received useful details. However, after finishing my build I restarted the PC. Instead of the usual startup screen, it displayed a message asking me to switch RAM slots, which I didn’t do because I was up late. Later, all USB ports stopped working too. The next day the USB slots remained unresponsive, and my display also failed—lights were on but I couldn’t interact with the system. I tried changing RAM slots, swapping in an old GPU and RAM sticks, removing fans and hard drives to check power consumption, but nothing helped. My specs are: Z370 MSI gaming carbon motherboard, MSI RTX 2070 Super 8GB, HyperX 32GB 3200Hz RAM, i5-8600K CPU, Corsair Modular 650X case, and an MSI Sekira 500X RGB.
