My MSI A750GL (tier A speculative) experiences some noise when the PSU is connected to the wall, no matter if the PSU switch is on or off. This noise remains constant and does not fade over time. It only stops when the PSU is fully disconnected from power. After reconnecting, the noise returns, irrespective of the PC or PSU status. The PSU appears to be functioning normally with the static noise, but the replacement unit still has the same problem. Anyone else encountering this issue? If you're curious about the noise, check out "IMG_2255" on Streamable. streamable.com

Have you moved to a different wall outlet to check for noise? Also, do you notice any tingling when touching the metal case and feeling the floor?

Yes, your outlet lacks grounding. Still, it shouldn't have any current when the PSU is switched off, right?

Do you have any news about the same issue (evga 550w ga gold 80 plus)? I believe it might be connected to grounding or under-volting the GPU or CPU. I read a discussion about this problem where people said I don’t know if their advice was correct or not because they didn’t follow the suggestion yet.
