My friends' PC has suddenly stopped working and now shows a readout on its monitor. It's using an R7 3800x with an RX 5700 X2 and two 8GB NVMe SSDs. The power supply is a 750W PSU from Coarsair. I'm hoping someone can help figure out what's wrong. I've tested various graphics cards and changed the RAM in many configurations, but it seems like either the motherboard or the CPU might have failed. YouCut_20200529_215325227.mp4

The LED appears to indicate the CPU. I recommend removing the chip to check for damaged pins, then reinstall and test its functionality. If that doesn't work, consider contacting the manufacturer for a replacement via RMA.

You were trying to figure out other ways to get the system running before needing to re-seat the CPU. You managed to boot it up successfully, but you're curious why that fix worked despite the system having been stable for a while.
