I purchased the components for my computer and when I power it on, it fails to enter the BIOS. The white "DRAM" indicator appears, but I've attempted to swap the RAM slots without any luck.

The motherboard isn't making contact with the case. There are no gaps or separators on the 24-pin side of the board.
