Processor: Ryzen 3 3200G
Motherboard: Asus Prime A320M-K
Previously functional on Linux only, failed to boot or install Windows. Installation media was correct. Attempted Windows OS from a drive with existing installation, but still no success. Restarted repeatedly until crashes occurred with various colored screens. Now experiencing sudden shutdowns and frequent restarts. Recently switched to Linux for several months without issues. Recently the system stopped working and now restarts every millisecond. Tried resetting CMOS battery, cleaning RAM, powering on without RAM, testing PSU with a paperclip, and changing the PSU. Believe it’s the motherboard issue. Possible fault linked to frequent UPS interruptions. CPU remains unknown. No spare parts available for testing. What do you think is the cause? Concerned about CPU failure if motherboard is replaced.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, make sure to provide your complete system specifications. List them clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU, along with its make and model. Also, note the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
Testing PSU with a paperclip
The paperclip test is not reliable—it indicates the PSU can supply power but doesn't accurately reflect its actual output capacity.
