Hello, my PC was assembled around 2020 with a Ryzen 9 5900X and a GTX 1060 3B from an older machine. I’ve experienced frequent random stutters during gameplay, especially in recent times. At first, I suspected the old GPU was the culprit. Now I own:

- Ryzen 9 5900X
- RX 6800 XT Sapphire
- 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3600MHz CL18 (dual)
- Samsung 980 Pro
- Western Digital M.2 2280 (Windows on 980 Pro, games on both)
- Firmware updated in both systems
- Crosshair VIII Hero, H150i PRO, RM850x PSU

I mainly play multiplayer titles like CS:GO, Valorant, and Overwatch. Initially, I had severe stutters in CS:GO and Valorant, but after some time the issues vanished. Overwatch runs smoothly without any problems. I’ve tried R6 Siege, PUBG, Fortnite, DBD, etc. In R6, even new weapons would freeze during shooting tests. I recorded a few clips showing stutters, though they’re less obvious once played through.

I’ve done the following:
- Reinstalled Windows 10
- Installed Windows 11 (later rolled back)
- Disabled TPM
- Optimized Windows fully
- Tested various RAM types
- Checked temperatures regularly
- Updated BIOS to the latest version

Please find my userbenchmark link for reference: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/57219020. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
