I own a 3080ti with i7-10700k at 4.66GHz, 32gb RAM, 3200mhz clock speed.
I use a 165hz 2560x1440 ASUS monitor.
On GTA I achieve 140-160 fps with occasional lag, despite my GPU usage being 25-30% and CPU around 45-60%.
All system settings remain standard, and extended distance scaling isn't affecting performance.
Thanks.

Usage typically ranges from 40 to 50%, using about 13 to 16 gigabytes. The hard drive, specifically the game installation drive, consumes roughly 5% of capacity, with peak usage reaching 30%. The PSU is a Corsair TXM 850W semi-modular unit.
