Hey! Good morning everyone. It's been nice being here, but I'm still dealing with this issue. I don't even know what to call it—my best guess is memory leaks. Whenever I play games like Dota 2 or World War Z, I end up using a lot of apps at the same time, such as Chrome, Razer Synapse, and Discord. During gameplay, my memory usage spikes dramatically—from around 500 MB to over 7.5 GB, even though I only have one 8 GB RAM stick. Once it hits 90% usage, the game starts lagging and freezing, making it super frustrating. My PC has enough CPU and GPU power for these games, but it just can't keep up. Do any of you have faced the same problem? Would love to hear your thoughts on how to fix it so I can enjoy gaming more. Thanks!
Usually it works well if the stick matches the same latency and frequency, you don’t need to stick to one brand. You can even choose different speeds or timing, but your RAM will operate at the pace and specifications of the slower memory stick.
