I really didn't know how to label this thread, as it's hard for me to describe my issue clearly.
I've observed recently that when watching a video on my laptop, regardless of the platform (YT, Insta, etc.), the video quality remains poor even after switching between 720P and 1080P. It stays almost unchanged. I've been studying coding through some online tutorials, and each one shows the same problem. The picture quality is bad, especially the text, making it blurry and not sharp. It only appears clearer when I scroll up/down during playback or when hovering over another tab in Google Chrome. I'm attaching two screenshots below.
First one is the video at 1080P, the second is the same 1080P video while scrolling down. This is strange. Should I adjust any settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel to make the videos look sharper?

The laptop's make, model, and SKU were not specified. Please verify if there are any pending BIOS or OS updates. Then proceed with removing all GPU drivers via DDU, including Intel, AMD, and Nvidia, and manually reinstall the latest driver from Nvidia's support, using an elevated command such as Right-click installer > Run as Administrator.
