My FPS stays around 100 to 80 regardless of settings, and I don’t understand why it’s so low.
I reinstalled drivers and adjusted 3D settings in NVIDIA; my PC reset completely.
At maximum settings, I see 120+ FPS in games like Apex Legends and R6S.
My hardware details are:
Gpu: Gtx 1080
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core
16 gigs of RAM
Someone with experience or similar issues would be really helpful.
I’ve also experimented with overclocking both the CPU and GPU, as well as underclocking.

I'm facing the same issue and have tried many solutions, but I'm still stuck at -130 fps after about 300 days. It doesn't make sense to me. Please let me know if you have a solution for this problem. My League also causes my PC to lag without any reason.
