Hello everyone!
I'm experiencing some problems with Skyrim (legendary edition, no mods) and Mount and Blade Warband/Napoleonic Wars for a while now. I'm not sure why. Before this, the game ran smoothly at 60 fps in high/ultra settings and 1080p resolution. Now it consistently drops to 30-40 fps regardless of video settings. The same happens with Mount and Blade, but the frame rate never goes above 20.

I had similar issues with other games, but they worked fine on my laptop. The problem seems to be resolved by itself. Temperatures are normal (I recently cleaned the fans), GPU usage stays between 40-60%, drivers are up-to-date, and the games were reinstalled.

My system specs: i5 7300HQ, nVidia GTX 1050 4GB, 12 GB RAM, Windows 10 64bit.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this or what might be causing it?

Before downloading this software I faced problems, but it resolved on its own. Also, after uninstalling Photoshop this new issue appeared just a few days ago.
