Issue with low FPS in CoD: Black Ops 3?
I have an i5-9400f and a 3060 ti, and I’m seeing about 90 fps with steady stutters while gaming. I use a 1440p monitor, but switching to 1080p and adjusting graphics settings doesn’t improve my FPS. I suspect the CPU is the problem, but I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve disabled VSync and removed the FPS limiter from the config file, yet I still face the same issue. This also happens when playing Warzone, but not other games?
full system specifications include the brand and model of the PSU. cpu/gpu temperatures and usage while playing? ram usage? ssd usage?

CPU usage: Slightly reduced, around 90% lower if the system is active
CPU temps: Peak reaches 82, stays near 75%
GPU usage: Maximum observed at 95%
GPU temps: 74 degrees
RAM usage: Approximately 11.5 GB
Task Manager: Drive usage is at 0% – unsure how to display this on MSI Afterburner
