Attempting to refresh Space Engineers, it initially loads briefly before the download halts completely. Changing the download area hasn’t resolved the issue. Any advice you can offer would be appreciated.

regardless of the problem, try again—it usually resolves about 90%. You can also attempt: restarting Steam and then restarting your PC.
