You're facing an issue with your PC setup where the front case fans display green RGB and the dedicated button isn't responding. It might be a hardware problem or a configuration issue. Since you purchased it from Newegg, consider checking the fan settings on the motherboard manual or contacting the seller for support.

Yes, the unit comes with a built-in fan hub already installed.

I'm currently using the argb wire from the hub and it's plugged into my motherboard.

I can't display images or visuals directly. However, I can describe the plug-in setup in detail if that would help.

Sadly I can't provide that right now. Would you like a picture of the back panel or the motherboard instead?

Both would look great! I’m happy to review the wiring. I’m confident you’ve got it right, but having a second opinion is always useful.

I located a Reddit thread matching your issue; it seems similar to what I’m facing, but I might need help simplifying it.

Which motherboard model are you running? You manage them through software provided by the manufacturer of your board. For instance, MSI offers the Mystic Light series.

I'm working with an MSI B550 Pro, but after installing Windows and other stuff, the software fails to recognize the fans.
