Hi,
I recently upgraded my PC to these components:
AMD Ryzen 9 9900X
3080TI FE
Corsair RM1000x
32GB (16GBx2) Flare X6 RAM DDR5
X870 Auroras Elite Wifi7
I have been feeling that the computer is not running that well. I play mostly League of Legends, CS2 and sit in Discord. In a game of League, my game will run mostly OK but during that game if I watch someone's discord stream the stream will lag very badly. If I stream my game, my game will experience a bit more lag. I have tried only a few things like turning off Hardware acceleration, as well as changing out my previous 3080 for a 3080TI. I additionally made sure all drivers were up to date. I have a few videos of what kind of lag I am experiencing in game, as well as a screenshot of my task manager performance tab during that game but I am unsure how to show them on this forum.
EDIT: I posted a video of what kind of happens in game. By winding my mouse around on unlocked camera it brings the frames down just like does during fights or anything greater than just sitting there. The thumbnail is the screen shot of the task manager.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you notice slow performance in someone else's stream, it could be due to their internet connection rather than your own device. What is your internet speed? Can you capture a screenshot from www.speedtest.net and share it here? Additionally, you might want to open a PowerShell terminal and execute the command ping 8.8.8.8 while playing. Allow it to run during your game and then begin streaming. If you observe many high latency packets, it suggests your internet is having trouble. Also, monitor your CPU temperature—League of Legends is quite CPU-intensive and overheating can lead to performance drops.

Hey there!
Thanks for the update. I have a 1gig spectrum running over Ethernet. Check out the results here:
Download Mbps – 1147.32
Upload Mbps – 38.97
Ping ms – 9, 21, 51
The ping to 8.8.8.8 showed no loss, just some frame lag.
Temperatures look normal, and the CPU stays around 63°C during load, peaking at about 70-75°C.
Let me know if this helps or if you need anything else.

Your upload is extremely low. For example, I have a 1Gbps connection too and my upload is very similar to my download speed. Looks like you can easily receive data but can't send much. There could be a problem there.
And what were the latencies during the ping? Even though you get 0% packet lost, if you get some high latency time to time it could cause stuttering. Something like this:
20
22
19
556
21
23
450
19
20
Those high numbers (556 and 450 ms) would translate into some lag in games.
Also, I am not doing streaming and don't know much about it but some people reported having issues with LoL video capture due to the Vanguard anti-cheat. The trick seems to be to disable "anti-cheat compatibility hook". You can try that.
Otherwise, you could run some benchmarks to make sure your CPU and GPU perform as they supposed to. You can try CPUz and Futurmark Time Spy. Also, you said you upgraded recently. What was your system before the upgrade? Was it working better?

My fiancée uses the same network without any problems. The footage and frame rates show a significant decrease, around 200fps to 60fps. I upgraded from an Intel 12600k and a 3060ti.

Did you perform a new Windows installation after the upgrade? Transitioning from Intel to AMD demands a fresh OS setup. Also, ensure the AMD X870 chipset driver is installed. And as I thought, you encounter the issue specifically when streaming is involved? Is your partner also streaming?

Just a note: I ended up being that person. 3mbps used to download quickly. Now they're saying about 30 seconds for the upload. Wow.
