Good afternoon, I'm facing a puzzling issue I can't solve. My Gigabyte monitor M34WQ supports KVM, and I need to connect my PC under the desk and my laptop (sometimes my wife's MacBook). Using USB-C for data works fine, but I must use dongles for connecting the laptops—HDMI and USB-A cables are required. The problem arises when switching setups; my PC won't recognize the USB hub from the monitor. I've tried changing USB-A to other ports without success. Updated the firmware where possible, but still no improvement. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
