Hello everyone, I'm facing some connectivity problems with my bandwidth. I have a 10Mbps connection, but when downloading games on Steam or using other clients, it drops to around 3Mbps. The speed test I ran on dotnet shows 3Mbps, but when streaming YouTube or using JDownloader, it jumps to 10Mbps. I've tried connecting via a direct Ethernet cable, booting Windows in safe mode, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Verify your steam configuration uses local servers for downloads. Go to Settings > Downloading > Change the Download Region to a nearby location.

Thank you. The results from Steam JDownloader2 and SpeedTest.net all indicate 500KBps, not the expected 1.2MBps.
