The issue seems to be related to your internet connection status. Even though your browser and Windows update are functioning, the system reports no connection. Check your network settings and ensure you're connected to a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet. If the problem persists, try restarting your device or contacting support for further assistance.

Change the DNS server your device is using. Windows handles its own pings to check for internet access. I've faced the same problem you mentioned before, where Windows reported no internet while the browser functions correctly. It's likely that the servers it tries to reach can't connect due to incorrect DNS information. Also, turning the machine off and on again sometimes resolves the issue.

Check for DNS problems. Execute ipconfig /flushdns in CMD. If the fix doesn't help, switch to a manual DNS server rather than relying on the routers' automatic DHCP assignment.

It seems the DNS problem is causing your video calls to drop and restart frequently. The existing DNS settings usually assist, but other steps helped temporarily. I disabled the Ethernet/WiFi ports through Network Connections and right-clicked to disable them before re-enabling. It provided some relief. I’m hoping for more effective solutions soon.
