Issue with installing Windows Computer has problems during the Windows setup process.
He recently installed a new SSD and faced an issue during Windows installation. The message indicated that the system couldn't boot from the disk because the hardware might not support it. It suggested checking the disk controller settings in the BIOS. We don’t have a clear solution yet, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Verify UEFI settings according to your motherboard guide. Check that UEFI mode is active. Confirm Legacy mode is not selected and CSM is off. Make sure the AHCI mode for SATA controller is active. Fast Boot should be turned on. Ensure no overclocking is applied. RAM configuration should match XMP (or AMD-specific profile). Secure Boot must be enabled. Connect your SATA cable correctly—use the correct port (SATA-1 or SATA-0 as specified by your board). When installing Windows 10, boot from USB or disk with the path labeled "EFI: <drive name>" and not the default drive letter. In the setup wizard, choose the drive when prompted, and if you previously selected a different option, select "Format" instead. Click Next after making changes.
