Hey, I noticed my CPU seems to be struggling lately. Auto Turbo is on, but everything feels slow. I've tried reinstalling Windows and using DDU, but the issue persists. When playing games, it spikes to 100% and causes a lot of stuttering. Even in Minecraft, I'm only getting around 80 FPS. Anyone have any ideas? My setup includes an Intel i7 9700K, an Asus Prime Z390-P EVGA 3060 Ti, 32GB RAM, Corsair RAM, and a 3200MHz CPU.

Choose between 2x16 and 1x32, enable XMP support, and try without auto OC enabled.

I have a 4x8GB XMP drive and will test without an overlay.
