I received an HP ProDesk 405 G4 SFF with an external GPU (RX 6600) mounted externally, and it only displays a black screen. Everything else functions normally, though the graphics card isn’t showing up. This configuration worked with my Dell SFF PC before. Are there any BIOS settings I should adjust? Also, it uses a separate PSU for the GPU. Thanks.

Are the grounds connected elsewhere besides through the GPU? If not, it seems like a floating ground issue could be affecting communication.

The issue isn't the grounding, it functioned on my old PC but not now on the new one. Are there any BIOS adjustments you should make?
