My dxdiag shows the issue after enabling and disabling the new Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling on Windows, along with some overclocking attempts. The voltage remains stuck and doesn't change much despite the load. During a FurMark test, temperatures stayed around 58°C, the GPU was at 99% load, and the voltage never exceeded 662mV—often dropping back to 625mV instead. It seems the voltage fluctuates unpredictably now. Previously, the GPU would reach at least 800mV before throttling or overheating, so this change is unusual. I've tried reinstalling Windows, updating drivers after a clean DDU wipe, and resetting the BIOS, but the problem persists even without overclocking. I'm really confused about what's happening.

So, my voltage appears to increase without reason, and when I restart my computer it returns to 625mV before shifting to 631mV. Another observation is that even with games like Apex Legends using the GPU, neither Chrome nor Firefox is utilizing my dedicated GPU, even though hardware acceleration is enabled. This seems odd since Edge detects and uses it properly (see https://alteredqualia.com/tmp/webgl-maxparams-test/).
