Hello, I'm experiencing problems where my FPS stays around 45-50 in GTA V Online, while CPU usage is near 50% across all cores. Adjusting to even cores helped slightly, but using just 3 cores actually made things worse at times when one core reached 100%. Could you suggest other options? It seems the GPU isn't the issue since performance remains unchanged even with graphics settings altered. The Ryzen 5 2600 model is also mentioned. Thank you ahead of time.

Gtx 1660S with about 36% usage during GTA V online play, but in story mode it's around 70-80%, likely because the CPU isn't limiting it.

3000Mhz processor, 16gb of memory, 480gb storage drive, ASRock B450M graphics card if the components refer to these specs.
