Issue with GTA V on new GTX 1650 graphics card

I understand what you're saying but let me explain it clearly. I recently swapped out my GT 1030 for a GT 1650 and updated everything, including the GPU drivers and rebooting after that. Now I'm experiencing crashes during GTA V startup, even though other games like Forza Horizon, Overwatch, and Drift Master ran smoothly at different settings. The PSU seems stable based on my tests—no crashes under load or stress. So I’m stuck with this issue and considering a PSU replacement, but I’m not sure if it’s the power supply that’s the problem.

I continue trying but it only asks to reinstall the driver again, which I've already done.

get the newest software file... install the device driver removal tool... restart the computer in safe mode and delete the driver using ddu... cut off your internet connection. turn on the PC and apply the newest driver. finally, link the PC back to the internet.
