Issue with GTA V freezing during gameplay
Throughout the load screen and in both online and story mode, GTA V tends to freeze and then thaw every other second. I’m unsure why this happens. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, but the same issues persist. I reached out to Rockstar Support, but they haven’t responded in 48 hours. It’s frustrating since I’m missing out on the double money and RP events. Can anyone suggest a solution? Also, it isn’t my graphics card, as shown in the photo below. A video has been shared showing what’s occurring.
This has never happened before, so I'll attempt it after the download completes. It attempted to reinstall again.

Sufficient. The delay seems unusual. Isn't the performance lag typical? Do other games function properly?
There’s no performance problem. Check your game files, that should resolve it.
I reviewed the log files as the rock star recommended, but no significant issues were detected and an error occurred.
