It thrives on VRAM (Pagefile, Right). I’m keeping an eye on GPU temperature and memory usage. The frame rate is solid, CPU activity is normal, RAM pagefile usage is around 8.5 gigabytes while only using about 6 gigabytes of actual RAM. Hope this makes sense!
The problem has been resolved. I reinstalled Windows 7 and the game now operates smoothly!
