I've experimented with many solutions but still can't figure it out. My system has a 2080 Ti i7 9700K and 16GB RAM. It's the only game that freezes or drops frames unexpectedly—any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The issue has been resolved by switching to the high-performance power plan. It might be worth trying it out.

Ensure all background applications are stopped before starting playback, such as Discord, Skype, etc.

I attempted this. It shouldn’t be an issue—I always play every match smoothly. Probably someone else has faced this, it seems to drop in FPS and cause a brief freeze on the screen.

Yes, there was an original character. Save your custom character profile in the bios for future use, then revert it back to default settings to test the changes.

Your processor isn't running at an increased speed.

The adjustments in the game settings at the end of the clip appear to be your own changes. If you modified them, revert to the default settings and attempt again. Additionally, test the game at 60Hz to observe any effects.
