I’ve seen this problem in GTA where grass and shadows seem to be right ahead of you. Even with LOD and render distances set to their highest limits. Your RTX 3060 12GB, Ryzen 5 5600X, 16GB RAM, all settings at maximum on 2023_12_15_15_40_36-clp.mp4.
