Video:
Check the traffic cones on the ground—they disappear and reappear as you move around. This behavior occurs with almost all movable objects in the game, including plants, grass, and trailer tires. Trailers only show up when you get close to them. I've tried changing various video settings, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. I've been playing this game for a few thousand hours recently and don't know what caused it.
