Haha I have a convection oven, which is what blows hot air around. It doesn't use electricity like regular ovens. Or maybe you're thinking of a simpler kind? Either way, this is my last option and I'm going to try everything before cooking my GPU. If I mess up, I might not be here in time. Have a cozy day! Cheers.
I just returned home and had to connect a DVI cable from my monitor to the integrated graphics card. I powered up the PC, but it didn’t respond with any sounds. It booted into Windows more slowly than usual. I tried using the DisplayPort on the monitor, but it still shows “no signal” and reverts back to DVI automatically. I checked Task Manager to confirm the GPU was present—it now lists two GPUs, but the RTX one shows 0% usage and no memory details. I opened Task Manager again and used Hwinfo to gather more information. I also found a tool on a forum that lets you upload XML reports from Hwinfo; I followed the link provided. Now I have all the technical specs after booting with integrated graphics. I’m not sure what to do next… any advice would be appreciated.

It may occasionally function for a short period, but it’s not advised if alternatives exist. Generally, switching to iGPU in a system with a GPU takes a few seconds to recognize changes. If the DP connects to the GPU, it won’t receive signals while using iGPU. Check the device manager for code 43; if it persists, try another port on the GPU, another port on the monitor (if feasible), and a fresh, reliable cable. If the issue continues, consult DDU documentation carefully and apply the recommended driver.
I looked in the device manager and confirmed there were no errors or codes. It seems to be functioning properly, and I haven’t encountered any issues since arriving home. The latest drivers are installed, and it displayed the 43 as expected. You mentioned a specific driver but didn’t see a link—maybe I missed something? I’ll let you know how it’s going soon!
Just came home and will try that and also another port in the monitor.. If it has another DP port, otherwise I'll try an HDMI. My gpu only have HDMI and DP ports so couldn't use the DVI cable I used with my old gpu, I'll make another post in a while when I've tried some things and if I've had any success or if it still won't work
okaay... soo... it was a simple issue -_- i tried the displayport in both ports on my gpu and just have one on my monitor, still same issue and it beeped for gpu error.. so i had to go to my basement since i of course didnt have a single Hdmi cable in my house and found one.... i tried it... and viola... no more issues hahah... i never thought it was the cable since it still beeped with no cable attached! still not sure if its the cable itself or something with the ports.. probably just the cable, i did get a quite cheap one, not like a Temu cable and not a gold plated expensive one etc but a mediocre one, so never thought it would be that... dont have anything else in my home that has a DP port.. i think.. so idk how i can test if its the cable except buying a new one and compare.. im so glad it was an easy issue and that the gpu itself wasnt faulty... feel so ashamed it was such a simple issue and i made this post before even trying another cable hahah.. i blame it on what i said since it beeped even without ^^ so this is now a finished post and idk if i can remove it or what i do but im very grateful for all your responses! have a great day and stay healthy!!
