I recently changed my GPU from a 2060Super to a 4060Ti and since then I've experienced the most frequent stutters. I'm now at around 14fps in 1080p games. After uninstalling the previous drivers, installing new ones, and performing a factory reset, I'm still facing issues. The only clue is that my PSU might not be providing sufficient power, even though the PC part picker indicated it was adequate. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 5800X, 4060Ti, 64GB DDR4 RAM, and a Mag-B550 motherboard.

It might be related to shader compilation. You can't fix it now; just install the drivers afterward.

I ran DDU in safe mode to remove old versions and then applied the latest 4060TI drivers.

Check if your motherboard chipset drivers are up to date. https://www.amd.com/en/products/software/adrenalin.html

I didn't take any action. My performance is only about half the FPS in all the comp games after installing the new GPU, which is causing bad stutters.
