Hello, I'm trying to connect an HD 5450 to my Dell Optiplex 780. It only spins the fans and turns off without showing anything on the screen. I've had good results with the HD 5570 in the past. Could you help me figure this out?

I verified it seems to be a 19-watt card, which should handle power requirements. Review the BIOS for available settings and confirm if the system identifies a GPU connected via the PCI-E slot. If the card isn't being detected, consider re-seating the GPU.
