My PC Configuration
CPU: 9800 x3D
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus 5090 Master
MOBO: MSI MAG Tomahawk x870e
RAM: 64 GB
When my PC reaches over 83°C, the GPU Fan #1 changes its fan control settings and spins very fast, often exceeding 3000rpm. Otherwise, it operates normally. I initially thought this was a GPU sag, but after mounting it vertically it still behaves the same. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

It could be related to the hot spot analysis Nvidia performed on the 50-series. On previous models, if the hot spot exceeded 100°C, the thermal protection would activate and any fan curves would be disregarded in an effort to lower the GPU temperature. It's unclear if this is occurring with the current setup. It might be necessary to adjust the case cooling or consider a return warranty.
