Have you checked Tweaker for memory overclocking settings, specifically the SPD Write Disable option within the memory tuning area?

It's not present. I looked again. Only SPD Info and SPD Setup remain. However, SPD Write Disable is active. When attempting to save a profile via SPD Setup, the RAM option doesn't appear in the selectable devices list.

Which X870E Aorus board are you using? Which BIOS version is active on your motherboard? Do you have a link to the RAM kit you're working with?

Check whether upgrading the BIOS to version FA7 enables the feature.

I will attempt to do this today and will update you.
Edit: However, I'm not optimistic since that's a very new BIOS version and it's unusual for the "SPD Write Disable" option to be missing initially.
Edit 2: Wishing you a joyful New Year
