Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the entire Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a message.
Hey there, glad you reached out. Right now I’m at the campus and can’t access my desktop, but I’ll check for that dump file once I get home—probably in a few days. You mentioned issues with Gigabyte Control Panel causing BSODs, and from your last test I didn’t install GCC or the ITE USB driver, which might be part of the problem. As for the ARGB lights on fans and pump not working, it could be related to those missing drivers or a hardware issue. Let’s see what happens after you install everything properly.
The ITE controller is another issue on these models, but usually only when you don’t install the Chipset driver—just the ITE driver. You need to either skip both or install one of them. I didn’t see the device in the driver at the time we faced crashes from ITE, so users had to reinstall Windows. After reinstalling and avoiding the Chipset driver from Gigabyte (which was updated via AMD), there were no more crashes. It’s possible Gigabyte fixed it, though I haven’t seen it recently.
