WPP_RECORDER_SF_qqiL call corrupted a stack and caused the bugcheck.
guess it is some keyboard recorder making a bad call. keyboard macro?
not sure what this driver is:
phantomtap.sys Fri Jun 30 00:45:19 2017
you might want to update it.
it is odd that you have one old windows core file listed:
win32kbase Fri Aug 25 02:50:33 2017
you might want to run cmd.exe as an admin and run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I observed that the BSOD appears only during active gameplay with multiple button presses, while everything functions normally otherwise. Despite testing various button combinations, I haven't identified the problematic pattern. Could you assist in determining the correct sequence?

I wasn't sure, but I stopped recording a while back after accidentally turning it on and discovering a large file on my hard drive.
